Terms and Conditions of Sale

 

Your purchase of a subscription to Channel Guide (“Magazine”) owned by NTVB Custom Media, LLC (“Company”) is governed by the following terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms and Conditions of Sale”).

 

Please read these Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully before you purchase a subscription to the Magazine. BY SUBSCRIBING TO THE MAGAZINE, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND AND ABIDE BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE, COMPANY’S WEBSITE TERMS OF SERVICE, FOUND AT https://subscribe.channelguidemag.com/terms AND PRIVACY POLICY, FOUND AT https://www.ntvbmedia.com/privacy-policy/ INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. If you do not want to agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale, Website Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, you must not purchase the Magazine. These Terms and Conditions of Sale will remain in full force while you have access to or subscribe to the Magazine.

 

1.    Agreement

 

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are an agreement between you and Company, setting out the terms governing your access to and purchase of the Magazine, including any content therein. Valid for U.S. subscribers only. By subscribing to the Magazine, you consent to having these Terms provided to you in electronic form and receiving communications from us electronically, by postal mail, by phone, or by posting notices online. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

 

2.             Changes to the Terms and Conditions of Sale

 

Company may revise and update these Terms and Conditions of Sale from time to time at its sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when Company posts them and apply to all access to and purchase of the Magazine thereafter. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

 

3.             Conversion to Digital Subscription

 

For subscribers who subscribed or renewed based on offers received after July 15, 2025, if Company ceases the distribution of paper copies of the Magazine to subscribers, Company may convert your subscription to a digital subscription for the remainder of your subscription term. Please note, Company will need your current email in order to provide digital copies to you.

 

4.             Ownership

 

All content included in the Magazine is and will continue to be Company’s property or the property of Company’s content suppliers and is protected under applicable copyright, patent, trademark, and other proprietary rights. Any copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such content or any part of the Magazine is prohibited. Under no circumstances will you acquire any ownership rights or other interest in any content by or through your use or purchase of this Magazine.

 

5.             Delivery

 

If the post office notifies Company that your subscription is undeliverable, Company has no further obligation to deliver paper copies to you unless it receives a corrected address within one year. Company’s contact information is listed in the Section entitled “Contact Information” below.

 

6.             Publication Schedule

 

The Magazine publishes monthly. Frequency is subject to change without notice.

 

7.             Accepted Payment Methods

 

The Company accepts checks, money orders, cash, and credit/debit card payments via mail and credit/debit card payments online or over the phone.

8.             Payment Processing Time

 

Please allow 4-6 weeks for mailed-in payments to be processed and delivery of your first issue. If you are a current subscriber and know your subscription ID, please include it with your payment.

 

9.             Renewal

10.          Sales Tax

 

Sales tax is charged where applicable. If you do not remit appropriate sales tax with your payment, Company may assess the difference by reducing the number of issues you receive.

 

11.          Billing

 

All subscriptions must be pre-paid unless you have opted into a special promotion that specifically offers a bill-me option. At the end of your subscription term, your expiration date is the last issue that you will receive. You must remit payment, to continue to receive issues without interruption. Listed savings are based on the cover price of the Magazine at the time you purchase or renew your subscription.

 

12.          Cancellation/Refunds

 

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but, if you subscribed or renewed based on an offer received after July 15, 2025 you will not receive a refund or credit for the remainder of your subscription term. You will no longer receive paper copies of the Magazine (or receive digital copies if your subscription included digital access) after the date you cancel your subscription. THEREFORE, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE STATED HEREIN OR REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FEE IS NONREFUNDABLE. Company reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at its sole discretion. If Company issues a refund or credit in one instance, Company is under no obligation to issue the same refund or credit in the future.

 

13.          Promotional Offers For New Subscribers Only

 

Certain advertisements or marketing offers may be labelled with a New Subscribers Only disclaimer. If a current subscriber purchases a subscription from advertisements or other marketing offers labelled with this disclaimer, such an order will purchase additional issues at the subscriber's current rate.

 

14.          Free Gift with Purchase

 

If your subscription to the Magazine comes with a free gift, please note that Company may, at its discretion, substitute an item of equal or greater value based on availability for the free gift offered in the promotion. Free gift is provided only when the subscription is paid in full. Allow up to 12 weeks for delivery of gift with purchase.
